We produced three permanent video content pieces to be displayed in the vast ceiling space of the Edo-Tokyo Plaza on the 3rd floor of the Edo-Tokyo Museum, which reopened on March 31, 2026. We reconfigured the cultural resources held by the Edo-Tokyo Museum, such as ukiyo-e prints and illustrations, from "objects to be viewed" to "a spatial experience that envelops visitors." Approximately 100 works by ukiyo-e artists and other painters, including Katsushika Hokusai and Toshusai Sharaku, were presented as a landscape connecting to modern-day Tokyo, creating a spectacle that fills the space above visitors' heads.
